Meadow Valley properties is a high quality planned real estate development on tranquil Thetis Island, in the southern Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada, easily accessible to Vancouver Island, Victoria, Vancouver and Seattle.

The Meadow Valley lakes, constructed fall 2000, are settling in very well. Shoreline plantings have commenced spring 2001 and the lakes are looking good. Despite the very dry weather this year they maintained their level and showed good growth of vegetation. The meadow area has also grown in well and showed many wildflowers last summer.
